We propose pragmatic and reasonable solutions to managing risks whether via accepting the risk (and proposing mitigation strategies and pricing) or transferring the risk to a counterparty or an insurer.
We work closely with the bid team to truly understand the key issues and ensure they are addressed appropriately in the legalese.
